Usage
This machine is suitable for doubling and stitching tricot and warp knitted, tatting, knitting fabrics and lycra before dying.
Characteristics
1. Equipped with edge spreader and lambdoidal rollers to eliminate curled edge.
2. Photoelectric hydraulic stainless folding frame provides better effect on doubling up fabrics.
3. Process: Fabric fed in-Auto. Centering-Auto. Folding-Stitching - Plaiting fabrics.
4. Equipped with Auto. Centering device.
5. Equipped with high speed twin (or single) chainstitch machine.
6. Photoelectric edge tracking system could adjust the position of stitching.
7. Just one operator is needed to handle all the process of this machine.
8. Equipped with four inverters to ensure the constant fabric tension during work.
