Product Introduction
This machine is used for cloth cutting, scotching, scouring and squeezing.
Technical Parameters
1. Combining the dewatering, scotching, cutting, scouring and washing functions into one working procedures, simplifying the operating procedures, greatly saving the labor force and improving the working efficiency.
2. Tension, aligned cutting and stenting can be adjusted to cloth of any thickness.
3. The semi-automatic alignment with knob and automatic alignment with electric eye are available for the cutter head.
4. Automatic de-twisting and infrared automatic alignment realize high speed automation of de-twisting and scotching.
5. Equipped with scouring function, automatic filtration and cleaning of wastes; water cycling, water saving and eco-friendly.
6. The roller is made of special material rubber covered roller with squeezed residual rate of up to 70%.
