Product Introduction

This machine can wash, remove the wrinkles, shrink and finalize knitted textiles such as polyester, spandex, and it is a kind of new type of complete textile device featuring advantages such as cost saving, procedure reduction and improvement of the grades of products.

Technical Parameters

1.      It saves three procedures of scotching, finalizing and seaming, saves the work procedures and costs.

2.      Two cores for secondary expansion to avoid wrinkles and to shrink that the textile processed has a good hand feel.

3.      The speed pf the machine can be adjusted according to the features of the fabrics; frequency control is adopted for speed regulation and the tension of the textile can be adjusted to expand and remove the wrinkles to the largest extent.

4.      There are large, medium and small sizes of cores for users’ option. The water temperature can reach up to 95℃。

5.      When the textile processed is glued with chemicals or paste, it is required to wash before removing the wrinkles and then followed by dyeing, scotching and finalizing with hot air.
