Purpose & Characteristics

It is used for automobile carpet raising in later stage process.

Main shaff case cooling adopts high pressure positive blower. The cam link rod, needle 

beam and connecting pieces are made of special materials with unique technology, needling 

density and speed can be controlled automatically, pneumatic fixed needle plate, the brush 

adopts imported original Dupont silk and the brush bar is made of magnesium alloy, with interlocking device.
